New Theatre is presenting the world premiere of a new adaptation of George Orwell’s novel by a young Australian theatre-maker Saro Lusty-Cavallari, who will also direct the production in his New Theatre debut. The theatre currently has a limit of 44 patrons per performance (capacity reduced due to Covid-19 restrictions).
New Theatre is now calling for EOIs from production teams to be considered for a three-week slot from 4 to 23 January 2021.
Each year, New Theatre offers its January time slot for outside hire as a way of giving theatre makers an opportunity to produce in a large space with great facilities and support at an affordable price.
